The Roof Centre Ltd also has a specialised and dedicated roof maintenance division. Preventative roof maintenance will provide the client with longevity to their roof system and also identify potential problems which can be addressed.

Our Maintenance Service provides for Annual/Bi Annual inspections and also tailored inspections depending on the clients needs. Included in this is a comprehensive visual inspection, clean down the roof, check and clean all gullys and rain water outlets, carry out remedial repairs where damage or potential problems are found and provide a report and feedback to the client on the roof condition and if any further work is needed in the future.
